* We sell second-hand chess which would be easily lost in traditional games, as if players lose such stuff, they may not play the games or even buy new games to replace. Rubbish is generated, and it is not environtally friendly. The most important goal for us selling these stuff is making people excited once they get the stuff they want, as well as recall their sweet childhood memory.

Price
* As it is a second-hand product, we sell individual stuff in the chess game at HKD$1.
* People can purchase the 3 sets of chess at HKD$20.

Promotion
* We created a event in the facebook to invite friends to buy our product in yahoo auction or e-bay, as some of them may either have yahoo action or e-bay account.
* We put our product website in facebook, as well as sending to other friends who don't want to open a facebook account.

Place
* sell the chess in yahoo auction and e-bay as using internet auction cost nothing for the selling place. We can get people over the world to know our product by using e-bay.

Conclusion
* A few of our friends interested in our product. This may be because teenagers love playing computer games with amazing sound effect and nice visual images rather than playing traditional chess games. Finally, one friend bought our product tonight through yahoo auction. She told me that she wanted to keep it as childhood memory.

Targeting on our fiends
The fllowing were the 2 means which have been done
First, we placed our blog link on our msn status, and sent message to our friends in order to see if they were interested.
Besides, we have sent email to friends and asked them to forward our message to those they know so we can get more people to know what we are going to sell online.
However, just letting our friends know our products is not enough, we have to widen our market locally.

Targeting on Hong Kong people
The fllowing 2 means are the things we are going to do
We would use flash to make an attractive website so that not only people can find our products in online action, but they can also find our products through search engine such as Google and Yahoo. We would mark the price of each product as well.
We would announce a facebook event with our attractive promotion poster and website link as we can evaluate how many people would attend our online auction. Besides, we would place the website link with description of our products in different local forum and our xanga, because we have to be active to find more possible ways to let more people knows our producs.

Rubbish is generated, and it is not environtally friendly. The most important goal for us selling these stuff is making people excited once they get what stuff they want, as well as recall their sweet childhood memory.

The items that we are going to sell are lised below. We are going to sell the stuff separately. We offer an oppotunity for people to buy just one of these tiny thing instead of buy the whole games again once they lost any staff in the game.

We do believe that there is potential market of this sale though online or computer games are much more popular among teenagers, because the reality chess or card games are the collective childhood memory among adult or teenagers.
